VISION AND VALUES
The conduct of the Board, senior management and staff is strongly governed by the expectation of alignment with the Group’s Vision and Values, known as The Perron Way. These important principles mirror the personal values by which Stan Perron AC conducted business throughout his life and were formally documented shortly before his passing in 2018.
In the words of one long-term employee:
“The Perron Way was always there. It was just never formalised and vocalised. I think it was something that everybody did, and Mr Perron guided. So, when it came to the time where Mr Perron was ageing and then passed away, it was so important to make sure that we really captured it up and formalised it so that for the future of the company, it was to continue on even when he wasn't here.”
